Welcome to BatchLister (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our software and services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. License to Use

- You may not reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, or resell the software without our written consent.
4. Service Description
- BatchLister is a desktop application that helps users draft, organize, and publish classified ads more efficiently.
- Users must manually upload images to their listings. The tool does not automatically upload images on your behalf.
- Features may include ad template creation, batch posting support, saved ad management, and content generation assistance.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you create and publish, including accuracy, legality, and compliance with third-party platforms (such as Kijiji).
- You must not use BatchLister for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.
- You must ensure you have the rights to all text, images, and media uploaded with your ads.
6. Third-Party Platforms
BatchLister is not affiliated with Kijiji, eBay Classifieds, or any other marketplace. You are solely responsible for following each platform’s terms of service and policies when posting ads.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
- Fees, subscription tiers, and billing cycles will be presented at checkout.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using BatchLister at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
- BatchLister is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for lost profits, missed sales, suspension of your third-party accounts, or any indirect damages.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
